Property Backed Finance Initiatives use property
assets to secure different types of corporate financing. Typically
corporate financing is facilitated by bank loans, debtor financing
or startup capital all giving different costs, duration and
terms of security. Property Backed Finance Initiatives facilitate
the restructuring of balance sheet, restructuring of finance
and liquidation of embedded property assets to raise capital
and finance acquisitions. Enable's
role is to act as a single point of contact between corporate
and investor, so as to ensure that the corporate its shareholders
and the investor partner all recieve the maximum benefit from
the property finance strategy.
